Welcome to the Callaway County Clerk’s website. I am Ronda Miller, Callaway County Clerk. My mission is to continually make the County Clerk’s office more efficient, friendly, and accessible to the citizens. I want to make it easier for citizens to locate the information they are looking for and increase the transparency of local government.
We hope that you find our site helpful in obtaining the information you are seeking. Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except county holidays. Our office remains open during lunch hour.

- February 24th, 2026- Absentee Voting Begins for April 7th, 2026, General Municipal Election.
- February 24th, 2026- First Day for Candidate Filing for August 4, 2026, Primary Election.
- March 11th, 2026- Last Day to Register to Vote for April 7th, 2026, General Municipal Election. This is only if you are a new registered voter. You can change name and address up until election day.
- March 24th, 2026 – No Excuse Absentee Voting Begins for April 7th, 2026, General Municipal Election.
- March 25th, 2026- Last Day to Request Absentee Ballot by mail.
- March 27th, 2026- Public Test for the April 7th, 2026, General Municipal Election.
- April 4th, 2026- Open 8:00 am- 12:00 pm for Absentee Voting.
- April 6th, 2026- Last to vote Absentee Ballot in office.
- April 7th, 2026- Election Day, General Municipal Election, Polls open at 6:00 am and close at 7:00 pm.
