Tentative Agenda

1. The Callaway County Commission will have capital project discussions and meetings throughout the day.
2. The Callaway County Commission will conduct business of a general nature.
3. The Callaway County Commission will have ARPA fund discussions and meetings throughout the day.
4. The Callaway County Commission will meet with citizens, other elected officials, and various staff throughout the day.
5. The Callaway County Commission will approve payment requisitions, approve accounts payable reports, approve meeting minutes, discuss and sign purchase orders throughout the day.
6. The Callaway County Commission will meet with the Callaway County Collector’s office to discuss a tax surplus  8:30 a.m.
7. The Callaway County Commission will meet with the Callaway County Clerk’s office and Debra Winter to open Bid #21 – Voting Machines and will discuss renewing the Emergency Procurement Policy  9:00 a.m.
8. The Callaway County Commission will attend a meeting with Little Dixie Construction on the Callaway County Justice Center construction site  10:30 a.m.
9. The Callaway County Commission will meet with Oliver & Peter of Ranger Power to discuss a solar project in Kingdom City, MO  1:15 p.m.
10. The Callaway County Commission will meet with Christine Kleindienst, Callaway County Recorder to discuss ARPA fund   2:15 p.m.
