Tentative Agenda

A. The Callaway County Commission will have capital project discussions throughout the day.
B. The Callaway County Commission will conduct business of a general nature.
C. The Callaway County Commission may have CARES Act fund discussions throughout the day.
D. The Callaway County Commission may meet with citizens, may meet with other elected officials, may meet with various staff throughout the day.
E. The Callaway County Commission may approve payment requisitions, approve accounts payable reports, or approve meeting minutes, or discuss and possibly sign purchase orders throughout the day.
F. The Callaway County Commission will readdress a personnel issue with Leah Laramore, Callaway County Human Resources Director. 9:00 a.m.
G. The Callaway County Commission may have a conference call with Travis Fitzwater. 10:00 a.m.
H. The Callaway County Commission will meet with Paul Winkelmann, Callaway County Road and Bridge Engineer to open Bid #1 – Sale of Trucks #20 & #16. 11:00 a.m.
I. Western District Commissioner Roger Fischer may attend an HSCBA meeting at Cameron’s Café in Holts Summit, MO. 12:00 p.m.
