County Budget & Audit

The Callaway County Commission works with the other county officials to establish a budget for Callaway County.  The Auditor serves as financial advisor to the county as the budget officer to the county commission and other officeholders.  The Auditor is responsible for maintaining financial records and transactions and serves in the capacity of watchdog over budgets, expenditures and revenues for all county functions.

In May, our county undergoes an external audit completed by an outside agency.  Their findings are recorded and respectfully submitted for your viewing.  [AUDIT REPORT 2018]
