The County Clerk is responsible for all voter registration activities in the county. Any time a voter moves, whether from another county or within the same county, and is a registered voter, you will need to do a change of address. If you are a New Registration you will need to register.
The deadline for a new voter (or previously deleted) to register in any given election is 28 days prior to the election. Voting in a county or precinct that does not represent your current residence on the day of the election is a violation of Missouri statute and is prosecutable by law. If you would like to make sure you are registered to vote and find your voting location, you can visit the Secretary of State’s website or check with the Callaway County Clerk’s Office.
