The Callaway County Commission is the executive body of Callaway County operating under the 1st Class guidelines established by the Revised Statutes of Missouri. The County Commission establishes policies and procedures, enacts ordinances, adopts the county budget, and provides various other services.
The Callaway County Commission meets for scheduled meetings in the Commission Chambers of the Callaway County Courthouse located at 10 E 5th St, Fulton, MO 65251 unless otherwise stated on the agenda. An unofficial copy of the tentative agenda for each meeting is posted online. An official copy of the tentative agenda for each meeting is posted on the County Public Notice Board in the Courthouse, and in the office of the County Commission. Minutes are taken at the meetings and become part of the official Callaway County Public Record. The official copy of the minutes is kept in the Callaway County Clerk’s office.
