The County Clerk is responsible for the issuance of county auctioneer licenses. Applicants must complete an application and pay a filing fee in the County Clerk’s Office. However, if you would prefer to pay by mail, please download the application, enclose a check or money order for the length of time plus the 3.00 clerk fee and send it to Callaway County Clerk, 10 E. 5th Street, Fulton, MO 65251. Once payment has been received your license will be mailed to you.
