The Callaway County Commission met with the Presiding Commissioner Gary Jungermann, Eastern District Commissioner Randy Kleindienst, and Western District Commissioner Donald Kritzer present.

Open Bids #1 & 2

The Callaway County Commission met to open Bids #1 & 2 (Office Supplies & Printing). Western District Commissioner Doc Kritzer was not present for this meeting. Deborah Goldman was present to represent the County Clerk’s office.

There were three bids received for Bid #1. The first bid was from Coast to Coast Computer Products. The second bid was from Smart Business Products. The third bid was from Staples.

There were four bids received for Bid #2. The first bid was from Community Press. The second bid was from Elkins-Swyers. The third bid was from General Printing. The fourth bid was from Affordable Printing.

These bids will be compiled into spreadsheets for easier comparison. The bids will be awarded at a later date.

County Treasurer’s Fees Filed

Now on this day comes Debbie Zerr, County Treasure, and files her report of fees collected by her office for the month of February. 2016. Said report was examined and ordered filed by the Clerk of the Commission.

Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence Fees Filed

Now on this day comes Debbie Zerr, County Treasurer, and files her report of fees for the Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence collected by her office for the month of February, 2016. Said report was examined and ordered filed by the Clerk of the Commission.

Tourism Tax Report Filed

Now on this day comes Debbie Zerr, County Treasurer, and files her report of Tourism Tax collected by her office for the month of February, 2016. Said report was examined and ordered filed by the Clerk of the Commission.

Adjourn

Ordered that the Commission adjourn until Tuesday, March 8, 2016.
