A recount of the votes cast regarding Amendment 1 during the Primary Election on August 5, 2014 will be conducted on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in the Callaway County Clerk’s Office. It will be conducted by the Callaway County Clerk with assistance from a bi-partisan team of judges and observed by disinterested parties representing the opponents and proponents of the amendment.
