9:00am The Callaway County Commission will meet with Kent Wood, County Environmental Public Health, to discuss a sewer variance.

12:00pm The Callaway County Commission will attend a LEPC (Local Emergency Planning Committee) meeting at the Callaway County Emergency Operations Center.

 The Callaway County Commission met with the Presiding Commissioner Gary Jungermann, Eastern District Commissioner Randy Kleindienst, and Western District Commissioner Roger Fischer present.

 Sewer Variance

9:00am

The Callaway County Commission met with Kent Wood, County Environmental Public Health, to discuss a sewer variance. Denise Hubbard, County Clerk, was also present for this meeting.

Mr. Wood informed the Commission that Onna Wheeler, owner of property 5580 County Road 404 in Fulton, has requested a 10-foot sewer variance. A new sewer system will be installed on the property. The 10-foot variance along the eastern property line may be needed if the grade of the property requires the new system to be slightly relocated on the property. Mr. Wood stated that Ms. Wheeler’s neighbor to the east is in agreement with the variance.

Eastern District Commissioner Randy Kleindienst made a motion to grant a 10-foot sewer variance for Onna Wheeler, owner of property 5580 County Road 404 in Fulton, MO in order to bring this property into compliance with the Callaway County Ordinance.

Western District Commissioner Roger Fischer seconded the motion. All in favor… ayes have it. Court Order #88 — signed.

 Court Order #88 — Sewer Variance for Onna Wheeler

 Now on this day, the Callaway County Commission does hereby accept the sewer variance for Onna Wheeler, owner of property 5580 County Road 404 in Fulton, Missouri.

The recommendation of a 10 foot variance along the eastern property line for the construction of a new wastewater system will bring this property into compliance with Callaway County Ordinance 701.

 Adjourn

 Ordered that the Commission adjourn until Wednesday, September 6, 2017.
