9:00am The Callaway County Commission will meet to authorize Reform Cemetery personnel.

The Callaway County Commission met with the Presiding Commissioner Gary Jungermann, Eastern District Commissioner Randy Kleindienst, and Western District Commissioner Roger Fischer present.


Business of a general nature was conducted on this day.


Reform Cemetery Lockbox



The Callaway County Commission met to discuss the authorized personnel on the Reform Cemetery lockbox. Western District Commissioner Fischer was absent. Denise Hubbard was present representing the County Clerk’s Office.


Currently Tommy Joe Klick, Edward Powers, Amy Joann Klick, Jason Powers, and former Western District Commissioner Doc Kritzer have access to the Reform Cemetery lockbox. Doc has since retired so a different Commissioner needs to be appointed. Tommy Klick suggested Eastern District Commissioner Kleindienst be appointed because the cemetery is in the eastern district.


Eastern District Commissioner Kleindienst made a motion to have himself put on the list for Reform Cemetery lockbox 1144 at the Callaway Bank per the request of others on the list.


Presiding Commissioner Jungermann seconded the motion. Court Order #10 signed.

Now on this day, the Callaway County Commission does hereby accept the following appointed persons authorized to open lock box #1144 for the Reform Cemetery, held at the Callaway Bank to be as follows:


Tommy Joe Klick
Edward Powers
Amy Joann Klick
Jason Powers
Eastern District Commissioner Randy Kleindienst


Meeting with Solid Waste District



Presiding Commissioner Jungermann met with the Solid Waste District.


CMCA Meeting



Eastern District Commissioner Kleindienst attended a meeting with CMCA (Central Missouri Community Action) in Columbia, MO.




Ordered that the Commission adjourn until Friday, January 27, 2017.
