The Callaway County Commission met with the Presiding Commissioner Gary Jungermann, Eastern District Commissioner Randy Kleindienst, and Western District Commissioner Donald Kritzer present.

 

Sewer Variance

 

9:00am

The Callaway County Commission met with Kent Wood, County Environmental Public Health, to discuss a sewer variance.  A representative from the County Clerk’s office was not present for this meeting.

Mr. Wood explained that Aaron Conner is in need of a 40-foot variance along his northern property line in order to construct a septic tank/wastewater lagoon system.  Mr. Conner’s northern neighbor has agreed to the variance.

 

Western District Commissioner Donald Kritzer made a motion to accept the sewer variance for Aaron Conner, owner of property 3945 State Route H in Fulton, Missouri.  This is a 40- foot variance for the construction of a septic tank/lagoon system that will bring this property into compliance with Callaway County Ordinance 701.

 

Eastern District Commissioner Randy Kleindienst seconded the motion.

 

All in favor…ayes have it. Court Order #43 – signed.

 

Court Order #43 – Sewer Variance for Aaron Conner

 

Now on this Day, the Callaway County Commission does hereby accept the sewer variance for Aaron Connor, owner of property 3945 State Route H in Fulton, Missouri.

 

The recommendation of a 40-foot variance along the northern property line for the construction of a septic tank/lagoon system to bring this property into compliance with Callaway County Ordinance 701.

 

Chamber Meeting

Presiding Commissioner Gary Jungermann attended a Chamber meeting at the Callaway County Chamber of Commerce.

 

Adjourn

 

Ordered that the Commission adjourn until Wednesday, April 6, 2016.
